With more than 2,500 exhibitors and guests in attendance, the conference is one of the largest maritime conferences in North America and the BMA’s association with CMA spans over thirteen years. Once again, CMA 2019 provided us with an important and effective platform for dialogue and engagement with our shipowners and other industry stakeholders to discuss and offer solutions in relation to a number of critical industry issues ranging from environmental sustainability, the influence of technology, to global economy and the regulatory landscape amongst others. The BMA delegation was led by Capt. Dwain Hutchinson (Acting Managing Director & CEO) who was joined by Ms. Christine Scavella (Head of BMA New York Office), Mrs. Patricia Pinder (Administration Officer) and Ms. Felicia Alleyne (Registration Assistant).
