Greenslade QPM presented The Bahamas’ annual assessment payment to His Excellency Kitack Lim, Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). High Commissioner Greenslade was joined by Mr Peter Goulandris Deputy Chair for the Bahamas Maritime Authority (BMA), Captain Dwain Hutchinson Acting Managing Director/CEO of BMA and Bernis Pinder the Bahamas High Commission Liaison Officer for BMA. The Bahamas ship Registry is the 6th largest in the world and The Bahamas IMO annual assessment contribution of over US$1.2M represents over 4% of the IMO’s total assessment for its 173 member States.
